Warranty for Martech Air Suspensions
We offer a 24 month warranty which is valid only if the air suspension kit has been fitted either by ourselves, or by a mechanic that has been approved by us.
Otherwise, warranty is reduced to 12 months

Martech Air Suspensions Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy ("Warranty") outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty coverage provided by Martech Air Suspensions ("we," "us," or "our") for air suspensions and any associated parts sold on our website. This Warranty is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
1. Duration of Warranty: This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Covered Parts: This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials for the air suspensions and any associated parts purchased from Martech Air Suspensions.
3. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, Martech Air Suspensions will, at its discretion, repair or replace, free of charge, any defective car parts covered by this warranty.
4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Modifications or alterations to the car parts.
- Use of the car parts for purposes other than intended.
5. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Martech Air Suspensions be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our car parts.
7. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
8. Modifications to the Warranty: Martech Air Suspensions reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
